Mouth mirrors
Rhodium mirrors are far superior in their image quality than the regular dental mirrors. Rhodium is a precious metal which is not only high in reflectivity, but it is also very durable. High-reflectance index, around 10-15% higher in visible light spectrum than chromium coated mirrors offers clearer and brighter reflection. Rhodium mirrors don't scratch easily, therefore last much longer than chromium-coated or stainless steel dental mirrors.
All Amazdent mirrors are front (first) surface mirrors. Front surface reflection gives a better idea of distance and eliminates the double image/ghosting effect and distortion of second surface mirrors. This is particularly important when performing endo or surgery procedures, or any treatment requiring precision.
Amazdent mirrors are autoclavable and come with the commonly used in Europe Simple Steam thread, which is sometimes called European thread or simple thread. Therefore, they should fit into most standard mirror handles bought from european distributors.
The unique “drop shape” mirror offers a larger view in general, better access and view of the molars, and better protects the tongue wall. It combines a few sizes in one mirror, therefore eliminates the use of various sized mirrors during examination and treatment of a patient.
